Ms. Francis currently works as the Assistant Director of Program Management for Georgetown University Pivot Program, assisting with economic independence and opportunities for returning citizens through education, employment, and entrepreneurship. If elected, Mrs. Shuman plans to advocate for accessible childcare, stimulating the economy through local business, and infrastructure.
